THE CAROLINAS AUSTIN HEALEY CLUB

The by laws updates have been approved and are available for downloading. 

The changes include the removal of the office of Historian and addition of the office of web master.  The Annual meeting was changed from December to January. Some specific duties were added for the 1st and 2nd Vice-Presidents. The references to the male gender are changed to include both sexes.
